After careful consideration, High Octane regretfully reached the decision to cancel our July 11-12 USDAA trial to be held in Barto, PA. Based on the predicted actions of Governor Wolf to only move our area from the “Red” to “Yellow” stage of reopening due to Covid-19 on June 5th, we do not see a path forward which would allow for public gatherings of more than 25 people a date which would allow for the proper planning to host the trial. While we would love to be able to host the trial with less than 25 exhibitors and at least be able to see some of our friends, having this limitation makes hosting the trial financially infeasible.
We sincerely hope that trials will be able to be held in the near future as we all would like to get back to the sport we all love. We want to thank USDAA for working with us (and all clubs) for the cancellations, our Judge Mike Murphy (don’t worry folks, your double shot of Murphy is only postponed as we have secured him already for our UKI and USDAA trials next summer!!!!), the exhibitors that have contacted us indicating they were hoping we would host this trial and to all other exhibitors that we know understand and support this decision.
We truly hope to see everyone in October at both our fall UKI and USDAA trials. Wishing everyone to stay safe and to stay healthy.
